The Indian victory at ICJ in Kulbhushan Jadhav case is a reminder of benefits of rules-based global order.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruled in favour of India due to violations by Pakistan of certain basic provisions of the Vienna Convention and the ICCPR. That is a reminder that India must keep pushing for a rules-based global order, being a law-abiding country itself.
