The Cold War ended in 1991, but it continues in other ways in world politics.
शीत युद्ध वैसे तो १९९१ में समाप्त हुआ, किन्तु अन्य प्रकारों से विश्व राजनीति में ये आज भी जीवित है
With the collapse of USSR in 1991, it was said that the victory of West was complete, and Cold War was over. Today, however, we see a new global rivalry emerging, of the Russia-China axis on one hand, and a slowly withdrawing (yet not withdrawing) US on the other. So, do we have a new Cold War brewing? Your views welcome.
