The developing world alleges that the rich world emitted the most greenhouses gases, and today refuses to do its bit (financially and technically) to fight climate change.
अमीर विश्व ने सबसे अधिक ग्रीनहाउस गैसों का उत्सर्जन किया, किन्तु आज जलवायु परिवर्तन से लड़ने में वह विकासशील विश्व की उतनी मदद नहीं कर रहा.
China and India are big emitters of carbon dioxide and GHGs today, but the total stock of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is huge, and largely contributed by the rich world. Today, they ought to rise to the challenge and contribute to fighting it, but they do not. Climate equity is floundering. Your views?
